[Scan-DC] Emerg landing during flyover

The Curtis SB2C Heldiver landed @ 1245 with a hydraulic leak  on runway 1/119 and was moved to runup block 15. At 13:18 airport operations department returned control of the airfield back to the tower.  

Aircraft flew right over my head at Gravelly Point.
