[Scan-DC] Orinoco Park and Arsenal for Democracy flight

I will be heading down to the park around 10 AM tomorrow and should be near
the benches in the park closest to the Robinson Terminal. This spot has a
head on view hopefully of the formations as they come west and climb
heading back down he Potomac river to their respective airports. long
enough to watch the exit south take some video and snaps and then head off.
