Alan,
For Flightaware, search for a flight using tail number or flight number.
Once you get the results, you should see a link at the bottom of the
results for the history. You do need to register for history up to 4
months.
http://www.flightradar24.com can give you some history as well.
I upload data to those two, so I have "premium" access, so if you need some
data outside of what you can see let me know and I will see if i can get it.
