I'm familiar with the concept. It's like the Marshall Hall area.
But the event took place in Loudoun County, not Fairfax, right?
Who controls access to those Montgomery County radios that were used?
Do those radios, for example, have access to the
County's encrypted talk groups?
And that talk group 13232 has not appeared in the
Montgomery County system registry.
