[Scan-DC] Active shooter at Census Bureau?

I'm not sure there's any connection, but the southbound lanes of the Third Street tunnel under the Department of Labor were jammed at 5:10 yesterday afternoon. That's a long way from the Suitland Parkway, so the traffic jam was probably unrelated.

Shooting occurred around 6:15, gate was rammed, guard was shot.
