[Scan-DC] Active shooter and H st RELATED

[Jeff Krauss]

Still very confusing.
Fox5 reporting that the incident started in DC, went out to Suitland, 
the came back into DC.
DC Police Sergeant shot, Census Bureau security guard shot, assailant shot.
Not clear whether the 8th & H NE location was the start or the end of 
the incident.
Very confusing.
