[Scan-DC] What is in use and by who

Was curious about the ranges of 500-520 MHZ UHF in the DC area. Also
what traffic if any has been heard in the range of 413-415 MHz. I use
to hear Andrews AFB MPs on 413.375 and USSS Uniformed security embassy
comms on 414.850 and 414.950. Were these repeaters retired, reused?
still occasionally used?
