[Scan-DC] Need info on MSP Easton and Salisbury Barracks

That list is missing My Barrack 'R', Golden Ring.
They are using tin cans and string on 39.44.The system is so poor, they sound likeKeystone Cops some days. "Move a foot and try again." ==
Have scanners, do listen.

Yes they have - and I would imagine their VHF lo freqs would be used 
only if they went out of range of FiRST
