[Scan-DC] Fatal Accident w/ Fire Rt 50 AA / PG Line

For those not on Facebook, one of the two Anne Arundel news groups
posted that this was some sort of fire requiring dry chemical
equipment, possibly magnesium. Confirmed fatal.
