[Scan-DC] Listening to WMATA Smoke Incidents

Although DC FD might or might not have their tac channels encrypted, 
the WMATA trunked system is not encrypted.

The best TG to listen to is the Police Dispatch TG 49168 .
They move units to the PD alternate TG MTPD-2  49200 for actual incidents.
The various Rail Ops TGs might also have useful information.

This trunked system operates on 490 MHz frequencies, and requires a 
special trunking table for some scanners:
