[Scan-DC] Montgomery Fire Talk Group 76E?

With all the broken water pipes, the Montgomery County Fire 
Department code enforcement inspector group has apparently been using 
talk group 76E to take reports of sprinkler systems out of service 
and flooded buildings.
At least, several times I've heard the dispatcher tell a unit to switch to 76E.
I don't find a 76E in the RadioReference listing.
Does anyone have any information?
