[Scan-DC] Wind and Aviation

For you aviation watchers, the winds are really creating some problems in
the area.  I've been watching several planes abort Dulles and divert to
Richmond.  One, AAL 1269, diverted from Dulles to Richmond, made a couple
circles around Richmond, and is now on his way to Norfolk.  Very interesting
scanning *and* radar watching... probably a lot of white knuckle passengers
in the air right now.
