[Scan-DC] Radio Shack going QRT

I went to my local shack and they had it almost stripped. No scanners, GPS, 
radios or anything of high value at all. Their 20-60% sale should have been 
20-30% as nothing I priced was better than 30% off. I was disappointed to 
learn that all of the good stuff had been shipped to the stores that are 
staying open for now.

Oh well. I did buy some stuff. I miss the RS of my youth when they actually 
lived up to their name.
