Stop and think about the current drone technology state of the art to
include its' range, frequencies authorized for controlling, power
authorized for control, etc. FCC and FAA regulations will require
changing. A number of technical and political issues remain
unresolved.. The current state of the art for commercial grade drones
have a long way to go for what Amazon envisions. These are not drones
remotely controlled by geostationary satellites but by low power hand
controllers operating on one set of frequencies which are: 5645, 5665,
5685, 5705, 5885, 5905, 5925 and 5945 MHZ. Low power in the 5,000
mhz. range is not far. That's one reason this range is authorized for
cordless phones.
