[Scan-DC] Radio Shack going QRT

The local store manager mentioned that she had not been told about the
price changes, but that everything she rung up was discounted in some way.
This particular store had:
*  $80 off of PRO-651 for a final price of $320
*  $80 off of PRO-652 for a final price of $320
*  $100 off of HomePatrol-1 for a final price of $400

She also mentioned that there is a 2PM "manager's call" where she hoped to
learn more.
