You may want to get the lat/lon coordinates near the antenna and then do an
FCC point radius search to see what is be licensed
in that area.

 It’s been bugging me for years.  This antenna looks to me like a VHF, maybe 
marine antenna, which is mounted to the side of the Key Bridge at the 
Whitehurst Freeway.  The cable runs down the side of the bridge and then 
to???

 Any ideas?  Is that for one of the boathouses?  But how did they get to 
attach it to the bridge?
