[Scan-DC] OH-6 Loach

If it was blue and had a white belly, it was USPP.  Otherwise ?? Could be US Marine Corps?

Just had one of these fly by at about 400 ft. Not sure Fairfax PD has
these, or USPP. time approximate was 12:09 and it was heading west towards
I-95 and Springfield VA. Anyone have any ideas who might be flying it?
