[Scan-DC] Need and ID

Here's the FCC TV stations query search link.  There is a Ch. 18 for 
DC...I think.  There is no specific info listed.  It may be a newly 
licensed operation being tested.  Maryland does not have any ch. 18s.  
Virginia has a few.  The closest one to NOVA/DC/MD is Onancock Co., VA  
near the MD line.  My guess it is a new LPTV station being tested.  
Interesting that the audio is analog.
