[Scan-DC] Plane down Gaithersburg

Which is really just a "kick the dog to feel good" solution.  I'm sure,
the folks on that plane didn't wake up thinking they'd go crash into a
house today, and would have gladly chosen a better time and location to do
so had the opportunity presented itself to them.

Plane could crash into a house at 8AM as easily as it could at 10AM or
3PM.​
