[Scan-DC] marine broadcast RE "Fallen Brothers"

Heard a broadcast requesting a minute of radio silence so prayers and 
reflections could be made for  "our fallen brothers"

The broadcast was repeated on another channel shortly thereafter about 8 PM

Couldn't determine which marine channels or who was broadcasting

My guess the station was upper Chesapeake Bay

First time I have heard something like this

Don't know if refers to an event or just a general remembrance

Perhaps someone has more knowledge
