even though the source was Alert Montgomery <conf-814856578 at everbridge.net>

Meanwhile Alert Rockville keeps nagging me to 
sign up and sends me these threats:

Records indicate that you have not enrolled in 
the new Alert Rockville system and are no longer 
getting traffic and weather alerts.
