[Scan-DC] Marine listening

The dredges Atlantic and Virginian are operating off of Gibson Island in 
Chesapeake Bay at the mouth of the Patapsco River

Lot's of chatter on marine Channel 5 (156.2500 FM), probably 24/7 while 
they are there

Should be readable over a wide area due to antenna height
