D.C. Fire/EMS dispatched to “active shooter” incident at 200 blk C St SW (I assume the Hubert H. Humphrey Bldg.).

Then OUC dispatcher says she has a message to read to responding units.

“The incident is in Maryland.  Units may go in service.”

Meanwhile, D.C. police cars are responding “Code 1” across town.

Lots of confusion for an exercise.  Or was this something else?

FPS is releasing MPD’s SWAT team.

D.C. Fire/EMS talking about the “other U.S.D.A. building.”
