[Scan-DC] New topic! First Scanner

Careful Greg! Someone who personally doesn't like this topic may take you to task for creating a chat room-like atmosphere! :)
At the risk of running afoul of the "keepers of appropriate topics," my first scanner was actually my brother's, a Bearcat 210 if I remember right.
