[Scan-DC] Free old radios

So I've got a bunch of old radios from a club I'm involved in. We've 
determined they're not worth trying to sell and I haven't even been able 
to give them away to club members.

It's mostly Motorola HT90s and some P100s and MX350s, plus chargers and
