It's the Cessna Flight Saftey building ....has simulators, classrooms.  It's
a pilot school.

The FSDO (FAA) is the building next door.

Loss of power on takeoff.  Was attempting to return to runway.

I know this not directly scanning related, but since we have aviation
scanning enthusiasts, I wanted to pass this along.  ***IF*** not an
"accident" (the "building" is only 2 stories), it sounds like a disgruntled
former pilot who may have been revoked for safety issues.

A small airplane struck a FlightSafety International building near Wichita's
Mid-Continent Airport

Video from CNN affiliate KSNW showed thick smoke rising from the building.
