"Through a regional Council of Governments partnership, we are now able to
offer enhancements that will improve the speed, the reliability and the
customization of the alerts our subscribers, as well as those throughout the
National Capital area, can receive," said Leggett. "By taking just a few
minutes beginning this Wednesday, October 15, to upgrade your account, you
will receive long-lasting improvements impacting your personal safety and
that of your family and/or business."

..Subscribers will be able to upgrade their Alert Montgomery system to
enable them to use such new enhanced features as:

phone, or the new Mobile Member app

* Choosing to get alerts for a specific address and also for other locations
of particular interest

* Specifying particular times during the day or night when you would prefer
to block any incoming notifications
