Quite some chatter all Sunday evening into Monday morning.

On the DoD trunked system, these talkgroups are active:

22752
22780
22782

On the P16 DC system:

2160 DCFEMS B12
2176 DCFEMS B13
33584 Sound like Dept of Health
37904 Same as above

Police friend tells me that patrol officers used their normal dispatch channels in 1D and 4D while routine dispatch was moved to an alternate.

Anybody hear more?
