[Scan-DC] Arlington outage?

I just got an explanation from Arlington ECC if it's of any interest. They
changed their control channel from Arlington Channel 1 (860.4375) to
Channel 4 (859.4375) for testing this week. For whatever reason (I
programmed the system in 2010 from Radio Reference data), I didn't have
Channel 4 programmed. I added it and am now back in business.

They tell me they're going back to Channel 1 later today.
