I need to clarify my remarks. I just threw those out as shows that I'd listen to, not all of which would have been on WMAL, the ABC affiliate. Monitor was on WRC, the NBC affiliate, as were the Joy Boys, Monday through Friday nights.

KMOX IS St. Louis. Very well known in the radio community.

Monitor on WMAL?  I'd find that hard to believe since it was an NBC program. NBC owned WRC and MAL was always an ABC affiliate, as far as I know. You'd hear Paul Harvey on MAL but don't think you'd hear Monitor.
