Andy, it's televeesion without pictures... and the programming is better, more varied, and in many cases, thoughtful!

Wow, WUST - "Soul Bandit"!... had no idea they were still around... that takes me back to high school... and that was at least ten years ago ;)... heck, it was probably tapes from back then that they were playing!  Yes, been a long time since I've heard music on AM too.


When I was in about the fifth grade, I had one of those little germanium rocket radios... lived near Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring and I used to DX a station on it called WTOP... was the only thing I could pick up!  A guy called Lee Shepherd played jazz in the evening, followed by American Airlines' Music 'til Dawn with Terry Hourigan.
