[Scan-DC] Need assistance understanding APCO faze 2.

Sorry, I am dictating to my phone when writing this.  Motorola is talking
about their simulcast system which is supposed to give better coverage.
They are the only vender claiming this and I need to understand how this
works specific to their system verses the other venders who has never made
this statement in their response.

What's the claim?
And, by the way, it's "phase" not "faze".
