[Scan-DC] Here We Go Again

"Brand new aircraft" also means brand new to the pilot.  It could be
unintentional pilot error, like pressurization.  I noticed the same thing
about last week's aircraft... the "certificate" was issued June or July
2014 (I think July).  Changing planes can be a whole lot more complicated
than changing cars!
