[Scan-DC] River rescue--technical rescue underway

Montgomery County has temporarily suspended the operation until the 
weather passes.
According to Pete Piringer's tweet:
EMS crews on scene w/victim; 25 yo male trapped, serious injuries, 
heavy rescue (i.e., air bags, etc) needed.

This is on an island south of Offutt Island.

The Technical Rescue Team is staging at the NSWC base.
Ops on 7G, TRT on 7H.
US Park on 166.925.
Eagle has returned to base to refuel.

There may be something more than an accident here, the Command was 
asking about law enforcement personnel.
