[Scan-DC] Track of Interest over Eastern Shore (anybody hearing this?)

That would be considered a very serious situation. Any deviation of that
major magnitude would have red lights all over the place. (I used to work
for the House Sergeant at Arms, and spent countless hours in the USCP
Command Center - where air status was monitored.)
