A contact for "the wildly popular web series" is not listed on MPTD's online announcement* because, {Leslie Green from the D.C. Office of Motion Picture and Television Development} explains, they are "bombarded with calls" when that info is posted. Here's where House of Cards will be filming from noon to 10 p.m. Saturday:

7th Street NW between Independence and Pennsylvania Avenue
9th Street NW between Independence and Pennsylvania Avenue
15th Street NW between Pennsylvania and Constitution Avenue
