[Scan-DC] NASA launch at Wallops Island, Virginia, may be visible in our region Sunday afternoon (at 12:52 p.m today)

I was at the Outer Banks. Clear blue skies. Watched the ignition on NASA TV, then immediately went outside. Had several people with me. We saw nothing.
