I didn't see it at all. I went outside and had a portable radio with me. WTOP reported live that the launch went off. I had my binoculars, and I knew where to look. I didn't see a thing. Too bright and too hazy.
I didn't know about the fuel and oxidizer either.

We could see it and hear it , but not well and not for long. Low lying clouds.
I didn't realize before that the 1st stage was kerosene & LOX.
