[Scan-DC] David and Edward sector for PG county on one talk group?

They are assigned their own talk groups.  However, in most cases, they are patched together.  The same holds true for G and H Sector, A and B sector, K and J Sector.  Normally in the evenings and on weekends (when is is busy) they will break the patch and each will be dispatched from their assigned talk group.
