[Scan-DC] Saturday court appearance for Benghazi suspect

He's headed back to Virginia after a court appearance. A fleet of black Chevy or GMC SUVs just left the courthouse headed north on 3rd Street NW. Just after they passed under the Department of Labor's Frances Perkins Building, they made a right to go onto I-395 southbound, via the 3rd Street Tunnel beneath the Mall. Homeland Security had the 3rd Street-D Street intersection, just in case anyone had any ideas. He's being kept in Alexandria.

Abu Khattala is being held in the Alexandria detention center. Wednesday’s pretrial detention hearing is scheduled for 11 a.m.
