[Scan-DC] BWI Question - 6/22

Literally just heard the answer over the air.  Ground crews replacing a
light bulb, yes light bulb that popped out on the runway centerline, and
they were unable to use the opposing runway for approaches.  Resuming normal
ops at this time.

Anyone know of anything happing at BWI?  DEALE (128.350) is putting all of
the approaches in a holding pattern at Nottingham at least until half past
the hour.
