[Scan-DC] Ramsey passive air-band monitor?

I think the price is ridiculous.  Carry a VX 2 or 3  or equivalent in your pocket, use earphones, look innocent and play dumb.  The worse that can happen is that they tell you to turn it off.  I keep my iPhone in my pocket and listen with earbuds.  No one has ever asked me about it.

It's better to ask for forgiveness than ask for permission.
