[Scan-DC] WMATA METRO Silver Line

WMATA METRO took over control of the new Silver Line yesterday and plan on conducting a 90 day test/shakedown period before putting the new line into service. For those who regularly monitor the WMATA system please keep an ear open for and post any activity. I?m curious if they will use any of the existing System talk-groups for testing and future operations or create new talk-groups for the Silver line. 

Likely talk-groups with increased activity may include #41008 (Automatic Train Control Technicians); #41232 (METRO General 1) and #42164 (METRO General 2). For future operations will the Silver line operate on #32816 (OPS 2) or on a new channel?
