Montgomery County Fire TG 73E

There is a hazmat incident going on now at the Pooks Hill Marriott in Bethesda.
Hazmat units are operating on TG 73E.
The RR database does not show such a TG, but there is a gap between 
73D and 73F, so 73E probably has the decimal value 18384.
However, it seems to be encrypted--I don't get any sound when I enter 
that value manually.
Does anyone have any further information?
