[Scan-DC] Washingtonian: This Illegal Drone Footage ofDC IsBeautiful

The FAA may well be overreaching on the general subject of those 
model airplanes called "drones".
But is anyone going to take them on for their rules for the DC Flight 
Restricted Zone?
