Since when does MCFRS give interviews in LANHAM, MD??

The article was not very well written, to say the least. And why
would you say it could be used for suspicious packages. Doesn't it broadcast a wi-fi signal? and the camera is a totally different frequency, so there are two methods of possible detonation!
