[Scan-DC] Washingtonian: This Illegal Drone Footage of DC Is Beautiful

Since this was the border of my beat, the area identification was easy... and you are right.  The building with the operators is on the east side of the 1800 block of 7th Street NW (between S & T).  Some of the more impressive captures are Shaw Metro Station (right beside building with operator) ,Howard Theater (0:03), New Bethel Baptist Church (0:51), Howard University Hospital (0:57),and Garnet Patterson Middle School & Howard University's Twin Towers dorms on Barry Place (1:22).  Awesome video.

It looks to be footage from the Shaw neighborhood near 7th and T Street NW. The canopy for the metrorail station was the landmark. There aren't many locations in the city with them and row homes.
