[Scan-DC] Washington DC Project 25 Phase II TDMA system

Has anyone successfully loaded and been able to monitor the Washington DC Project 25 Phase II TDMA system in their PSR-800 or in the new BCD436HP?
I just realized that my GRECOM EZ software version is not programming or updating the police TDMA modulation talk groups in my PSR-800 scanner. I have the current PSR-800 firmware update and GRECOM EZ software version and have been successfully able to monitor the PG and Loudoun TDMA systems.
