[Scan-DC] Red Unit of Circus Train Coming to DC Next Week

The train ran hours behind its expected time. It didn't arrive until Wednesday morning. At least, I think it has arrived. When I was at the Braddock Road metro stop this morning, all three northbound signals at Slaters Lane were displaying yellow over flashing green. Maybe one of those was for the circus train.
