None of the above.  Here is the crystal formula for the VHF version:  150 
MHz - 156 MHz -- Xf = (Frequency of interest -1.5)/3; 156 MHz - 164 MHz --  
Xf = (Frequency of interest +1.5)/3.  Therefore if you wanted to listen to 
154.16 MHz, the crystal frequency would be: (154.16-1.5)/3 = 50.8867 MHz. 
And if you wanted to listen to 162.55 MHz, the crystal frequency would be: 
(162.55+1.5)/3 = 54.6833 MHz.  International Crystal could probably help
